49 Acts of Kindness Parents of the 49 share how they would like to see love and kindness shown on June 12th. Share Your Art The Mennello Museum of American asked Orlando artists to share their work in this coloring book to help our community heal. We encourage you to download, color, and pass on your own beautiful expressions of love on to someone else.
Community Service Projects
Volunteer to help sort books that will be distributed to schools throughout Orange County or host a school supply drive.

Children’s Home Society
Please submit through the Volunteer page (above) if you’re interested in helping provide a clean and comfortable space for moms and babies.
Volunteer to help pack 4,900 hygiene kits which will then be distributed to different organizations in Central Florida and to the countries who also lost loved ones in the Pulse tragedy.
Help package 10,000 meals for each of the 49 victims – for a total of 490,000 meals. These nutritious meals will be distributed to their home countries, honoring their memories and bringing hope to others.
Volunteer to help serve breakfast to the trauma unit at Orlando Health and first responders at Orlando Fire Department and the Orlando Police Department headquarters.
Volunteer to pack food bags and condom packets to be distributed to the Central Florida community.

Show love and kindness to a homeless animal by volunteering at the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando.
Join Second Harvest Food Bank as they sort and prepare 49,000 lbs of fresh produce to be distributed in our community.
Assist at a senior center neighborhood lunch program or collect food, personal care items or household items for seniors.
Host a supply drive for Shepherd’s Hope Health Centers.
Assist in the Member Share Grocery program by organizing, stocking food on the shelves and bagging food for members.
