Alex Corzo is a co-founder of Smart Panda Labs, an Orlando-based digital experience consulting agency, which partners with medium to large size organizations with a high consideration sales cycle on customer journey strategies and experiences. The firm was started by a group of highly-diverse team, which won Orlando Business Journals first-ever Diversity in Business Award for Outstanding Diverse Organization in 2018.
Alex heads up the firm’s strategic relations and is responsible for business and community development. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he has worked across numerous industries, including the federal government, luxury/hospitality and healthcare, working with organizations like Richemont Cartier, the Walt Disney Company, the Central Intelligence Agency and Orlando Health.
Alex holds a Business Administration and Marketing degree from Florida International University and is currently attending Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), working on obtaining a certificate in Strategy and Innovation.
Alex uses his corporate, business and educational experiences to continue fueling his passion for diversity through his contribution, sitting on various boards and committees, plus volunteering with various organizations. He sits on the Board of Directors for Orlando City Foundation, Florida International University’s Alumni Association, as well as, the One Orlando Alliance. He is on the Public Art Board for City of Orlando, where is acts at Vice Chair and is part of the Development Board for Central Florida’s NPR Station, 90.7 WMFE. He previously sat on the Founding Board for Impulse Orlando and is currently working as a volunteer with Seniors First. As a passionate resident of Orlando, a small business owner and a member of the LGBTQ+ and Hispanic communities, Alex continuously seeks out opportunities to give of his time and talent for the betterment of the community.
